If you cancel your order before the sample collection kit is dispatched, you will receive a full refund within five (5) working days. In exceptional cases (e.g., foreign banks), the corresponding bank commissions are deducted from the amount.

If you wish to cancel your test order after the sample collection kit has been dispatched, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receipt. You may be required to return the collection kit, which must be returned in good condition and unused. In the event of damage or misuse of the sampling kit, a deduction of 10 € will be made from the refunded amount. The refund is completed within five (5) working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a deduction of 8 € is made from the refunded amount.

Unfortunately, we can’t process any refunds after the lab has started processing your sample.
