Shipping

Diagnostiki Athinon and athenslab.gr utilize a highly modern approach to managing the process of sending sampling kits. The customer can know at any time what stage their order is at and when it will be available.

All orders are shipped through the cooperating courier companies ACS, DHL, and FedEx.

Deliveries are made on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Shipping to Greece

The sampling kit is sent free of charge for tests with a total value of more than 80 €.

For tests worth less than €80, the shipment of the sampling kit incurs €8 shipping costs (including VAT), regardless of the recipient's address.

All prices do not include VAT and are final (VAT is not added to medical services). Upon completion of your order, an email with the details will be automatically sent.

Shipping to Cyprus and Other Countries

For test purchases, shipments are charged with shipping costs regardless of value.

Determining the shipping cost is automatically calculated after you enter your address.
