Maria Rigopoulou – Nutrigenomics, Anti-aging & Bone Health Expert

Location: London & Surrey (UK) and Athens (Greece), Zoom (online sessions)

Maria has specialized in Nutrigenetics & Nutrigenomics and Osteoporosis for 15 years, applying Functional Medicine practices, clinical and holistic nutrition, coaching, and adapted Yoga methods.

Her journey in the field of health began at an early age when, due to an anxiety disorder and constant respiratory and other infections, she became interested in and researched natural methods of dealing with her symptoms.

A turning point in her life was around 30 when she was diagnosed with advanced osteoporosis.

Since then, she has thoroughly studied the relationship between chronic diseases, genetics, and emotional and mental health. She combines this knowledge and experience with specific individual and group health, osteoporosis prevention and treatment, and anti-aging programs.

She frequently and actively participates in modern research and conducts educational programs for health professionals.

She divides her time between London and Athens and mainly conducts online sessions in Greek and English.
