Notes on Expected Turnaround Time

Dear examinees and colleagues of Diagnostiki Athinon,

We make every effort to ensure that the turnaround time for each test is as specified on the laboratory's official site.

However, in some cases, this time may increase due to unpredictable factors such as power outages, unexpected breakdowns of analyzers, shortages of reagents from the manufacturer, delays in their delivery, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

This time may also be increased due to factors unique to your analysis, such as when we must repeat the laboratory measurement to ensure the result or confirm a finding using a different method.

We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation in these cases. Our efforts always aim to provide reliable and timely results despite possible difficulties.

In some cases, the results may be issued earlier than the stated time due to factors related to the analysis's planning. This does not mean that your examination was not done with due care and scientific proficiency.
